Spectrum Senior Solutions is a total solution provider for homeowners of any age. Whether you want to stay in your home as long as you can, or you are tired of maintaining a house, yard and taxes that are way too large. Maybe you just want to downsize some of your items to make room. If you are going to stay in your home, let us help you with a Homesafe Loan that you do not have to repay; use the funds to make modifications to make it safer as you age or to make needed repairs. We also provide a Philips Lifeline medical monitoring system to protect you.

If you need to move, we help you locate a smaller home or assisted living facility within your budget. We can provide you a reverse purchase option that removes any payments on the new home. We work with you to find the best options; we oversee the packing, move, unpacking and estate sale. At that point you can just “walk-away”, we take care of everything else; cleaning, repairs, upgrades using our trained interior designers and licensed, bonded contractors. We then stage your home with our professional staging team, we bring in the best photographers, then we aggressively market your home. With most clients, we have their home sold within a week for 40% more than before our designers and stagers worked their magic. We offer many other services; like financial, legal, and final arrangements.

Roy Harris – Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Investor, and Financial Advisor – Roy was co-founder of Future Technology Homes, Inc., a company that builds energy-efficient homes in Texas. He also helped found several other companies; Millennium Technology Corp, a property management and financial investment company, Adastra Consultation, a business consulting firm, and currently co-owner of Lion-Built Homes, building ultra-modern, super-efficient homes with 3-D printers. 

Roy has been on a life journey of helping people. Every business he has been involved in was centered around how to make the world a better place. His background includes a master’s degree in Engineering, degrees in business and technology from such prestigious schools as Cal Poly, California State University, Northridge, and WSU. Roy is a licensed mortgage loan officer, a licensed insurance producer, and financial advisor. He donates his time teaching pre-retirees how to make their retirement a time to enjoy life. He teaches classes several evening a month at the Lake Washington Technical College. Roy has been mentored by some of the greatest names in business; including President Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, W. Clement Stone, Bill Glazer, Ed Rush, and many others.  

Roy is the author of several books including “Seniors on the Move” and the “Ultimate Guide to Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and Long-term Care”. Using his diverse background to help seniors live a happier, more productive life in the environment of THEIR choice. Believing that those who have received much are obligated to return that gift by helping others, this is now his life’s goal. 

 

As President of Spectrum Senior Solutions, he has brought together the best in the industry to help our growing mature population transition into retirement on their own terms. Helping them walk away from the high-maintenance house they raised their family in, to a no or low maintenance home or condo with no payments. Lisa Pearson

DIRECTOR

In the ever-changing market of real estate, it is important to work with a realtor that not only has your best interest at heart, but one who is truly informed and stays up on current markets. Lisa works hard in order to know the different areas and keep up with rapidly changing real estate trends and statistics to pass on to our clients and keep them informed. Lisa’s background includes interior design, real estate appraisal, and general contracting including remodels, new construction, sales, and marketing. Lisa also has extensive experience in buying homes below fair market value, fixing them up and selling them quickly (also known as flipping). 

Lisa is also a licensed and bonded interior designer and staging professional. When Lisa stages a home, she believes that it doesn’t always have to be expensive to look good! Having learned a lot of thrifty tricks over the years, including how to make a space warm, inviting, and luxurious for less, Lisa can show you how to get top dollar and sell a property quickly. That is the key for a home flipper – every day unsold is costing you money. 

The daughter of a fourth generation Builder architect, Lisa grew up in Bellevue, WA where her grandfather, two uncles, and father built hundreds of homes on the Eastside, winning numerous awards for their designs and builds. Through this, Lisa learned the value of hard work, integrity, and what great planning and design can produce. 

With this diverse background, Lisa can share her experience with anyone who is considering purchasing investment properties. Her intent is to bring different aspects of real estate expertise together to help our clients find the “right” properties and then how to get the best return on investment. You make your money when you buy and when you sell. 

I love helping our clients through the process of Finding, Funding, and Flipping properties for profit. The key word here is profit. If they make a good profit, they will use us again for their next flip. 

David H. Bialik

Owner of Bialik Foto Werk

David is an independent contractor, working as Director of Photography and Editor. He began his professional career in video production after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Film Production at Fairhaven College. 

He spent nine years at KVOS TV in Bellingham, WA., working commercial production and shooting promotional material for sponsors like McDonald’s of Canada, shooting and editing news feature stories for broadcast. Bialik also filled many different positions on live studio productions. 

Bialik worked for KCPQ (Q13) in Seattle as a studio hand-held camera operator for “Mornings Live on Q”, also working as a promo photographer and photojournalist. 

In 2002, Bialik Foto Werk was created to meet the independent production needs of corporate, small business, film and feature story productions.

Howard Schoenfeld

Finance and Project Management

Howard has owned his own accounting firm since 1994. He and his team can support you in all your financial needs from accounting, taxes, and bookkeeping, and can perform a complete financial audit of your business. Your biggest expense is going to be taxes; we can usually cut your tax bill in half.  

He has 40 plus years combined experience as an accountant and full charge bookkeeper as well as a tax preparer, A/R, A/P, payroll, and banking specialist. Additionally, Howard has worked in project management, budgeting, business start-ups and workflow coordination, training, sales, collections, and administration. Howard specializes in business and financial consultation and accounting software cleanup. He also does startup consulting and implementation. He advises business owners on what kind of retirement accounts to setup and works closely with our self-directed IRA team. 

His clients include real estate investors, contractors, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, services, actors/actresses, musicians, e-commerce business, and more. Howard is a Certified Pro Advisor for QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Point of Sale, and a Xero Certified Partner. He does many webinars and seminars throughout the year to maintain certification, doing over 18 hours of Tax Preparation training each year. He is currently a co-organizer of the QuickBooks Users Group in Seattle, WA through Meetup.com since 2009. 

Howard is a veteran and served in the US Air Force, US Air Force Active Reserves and US Navy. He is a life member of the Air Force Sergeants Association and Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Howard is still active in the DAV; he is the past Adjutant (Secretary) of the local Chapter and was the Treasurer of DAV for the State of Washington.
